Booking is easy! Simply browse our available properties on our website, select your desired dates, and choose the accommodation that suits your needs. Once you've selected a property, follow the prompts to complete your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details after your payment is processed.
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking for free up to 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount will apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
When booking with YourFavoriteBed GmbH, a 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your arrival. A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in. Please note that our properties are smoke-free and pets are only allowed in designated accommodations.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Yes, you can modify your booking dates or change your selected property up to 14 days before your check-in date, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to assist you with any changes.
